Todorov signs for Lokomotiv Plovdiv
Bulgarian midfielder joins from Strumska Slava
Lokomotiv Plovdiv have announced the signing of 24-year-old midfielder Yordan Todorov from Strumska Slava. The Bulgarian has signed a contract with the club until the summer of 2024.
Todorov began his career with Slavia Sofia before moving to CSKA Sofia in 2017. He spent two years with the Red Army before joining Strumska Slava in 2019.
Todorov has been capped by Bulgaria at under-19 and under-21 level. He is a versatile midfielder who can play in a variety of positions, including central midfield, attacking midfield, and on the wing.
Lokomotiv Plovdiv are currently 4th in the Bulgarian First League. The club is managed by former Bulgaria international Miroslav Ivanov.
